Missions

First Pres Alameda reaches into the community to share the love of Christ and God’s blessings by offering our time and resources to many local organizations including donations to the Alameda Food Bank and preparing meals for the Midway Women's Shelter. We have a Little Free Library for adults and children located next to our church parking lot.

We volunteer at MedShare where we help organize and package medical supplies for developing countries. We support the Shower Program at Christ Church with donations of toiletries, as well as Building Futures for Women and Children in San Leandro. In the past we have supported Habitat for Humanity and Ploughshares.
